Root to Bloom is all about making the most of every part of an ingredient—from root to stem, leaf, and bloom—transforming seasonal produce into delicious dishes while reducing waste. Together, we’ll explore how to cook with intention, honor the ingredients, and create something extraordinary from what’s often overlooked. This is a journey into mindful, resourceful cooking. You’ll learn techniques for using every part of the vegetable, tips for storing and preserving produce, and recipes that inspire confidence and creativity in your kitchen. We’ll prepare and enjoy a vibrant meal together, highlighting spring’s freshest flavors and the art of thoughtful, sustainable cooking.

*To register for any class, payment in full is required at the time of registration. *A full refund will be issued if Gather Culinary cancels your course. *All sales are final. Due to limited seating, prep time, and scheduling that go into creating classes, we do not offer refunds. You are welcome to send someone to attend in your place. Please email us @ hello@gatherculinary.com to let us know who will attend in your place. *We cannot make exceptions to this policy for scheduling conflicts, last-minute illnesses, or no-shows. *Class cancellations due to inclement weather will be made up.
