Service Description

In today’s fast-paced world, give your child the tools to find calm, confidence, and connection. Mind & Kind: Mindful Skills, Kind Hearts is an innovative five-day program designed to help children discover their inner strength while fostering kindness, creativity, calm, and joy. Through a dynamic blend of art, movement, nature exploration, and mindful activities, your child will: • Develop real-world strategies for staying calm in stressful moments. • Build confidence through creative expression and self-discovery. • Learn to navigate emotions with grace and understanding. • Create their own personal toolkit of mindfulness practices. • Experience the joy of connecting deeply with themselves and others. What Each Day Looks Like Every day unfolds with a balance of active and reflective experiences: Hands-on creativity: Projects like crafting calm jars, wonder journals, shaping air-dry clay, making herb bouquets, and creating nature-inspired mandalas. Mindful movement: Gentle yoga, nature walks, gardening, and games that build focus and awareness. Cooking with care: Simple recipes, like baking bread, that teach patience and presence. Sound exploration: Activities like listening to chimes, using sound bowls, or creating rhythm with simple instruments. Reflection and connection: Group discussions and journaling to deepen their understanding of each day’s theme. Important Note: While we incorporate some mindful cooking experiences, Mind & Kind is distinctly different from our culinary camps. This program focuses on building comprehensive mindfulness skills through varied activities including art, movement, nature connection, and occasional cooking practices. For dedicated cooking experiences, please explore our popular culinary camps.
